What we can help with
Questions about your result: if something about your score, percentile, archetype, or confidence interval doesn't look right, let us know. Include a description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot of your result page.
Methodology and research: we welcome questions, corrections, and feedback on how our adaptive engine works, the research we cite, or the limitations we've disclosed on our methodology page. If you spot an error, we genuinely want to know.
Privacy and data: questions about how we handle data are covered on our privacy policy page, but if anything is unclear, email us and we'll clarify.
Partnership and press inquiries: if you're a researcher, educator, or journalist interested in cognitive testing tools, reach out and we'll get back to you.
Bug reports: if the test fails to load, a page looks broken on your device, or something doesn't behave as expected, please tell us what browser and device you're using so we can reproduce the issue.
What we cannot help with
AurorIQ is an educational self-reflection tool, not a clinical instrument. We are unable to provide medical or psychological advice, interpret your result in a clinical context, or recommend whether you should seek a professional assessment. If you have concerns about cognitive function, please consult a licensed psychologist or neuropsychologist in your area.
We also cannot provide documentation for Mensa applications, educational accommodations, employment screening, or any legal proceeding. Those purposes require a supervised assessment with a validated clinical instrument such as the WAIS-IV or Stanford-Binet 5.
