AurorIQ is designed so assessment answers and saved My AurorIQ history remain in your browser where technically supported. AurorIQ also uses standard website services for hosting, privacy controls, analytics and advertising. Those services can receive technical usage information even though AurorIQ does not send your raw assessment answers, scores or Passport insights to them as analytics or ad-targeting fields.
Assessment data and browser storage
Assessment scoring runs in your browser. Local storage can hold unfinished progress, derived results, report snapshots, My AurorIQ history, theme preferences, saved plans and experiments. The Passport does not intentionally transmit its stored assessment history to AurorIQ analytics or advertising code. Local storage is not encrypted and can be read by other scripts operating on the same site origin, so shared-device users should treat saved results as private browser data rather than a secure vault.
Use My AurorIQ data controls to export or delete supported local Passport data. Browser cleanup, private browsing, storage limits or using a different browser can also remove access to local data. Exported files and copies you share are controlled by you and are not removed when browser data is deleted.
Website hosting and technical logs
Hosting, security and network providers may process information such as IP address, browser/device information, requested URL, timestamps and technical logs to deliver and protect the site. If you contact AurorIQ, the information you send in that message is processed so the request can be handled. Avoid sending sensitive information unless it is necessary.
Privacy-safe analytics
AurorIQ uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-50T6XM1Z3P on the public production domains. Production analytics are disabled on localhost and preview hosts. The implementation disables Google Signals and ad-personalization signals from the Analytics configuration.
Analytics events use a fixed allowlist such as assessment completion, report opening, PDF export and navigation to the next assessment. AurorIQ does not intentionally send IQ scores, percentiles, archetypes, domain scores, answers, exact age, chronotype result, career type, Passport insights, experiment notes or other assessment-derived result values as GA4 event parameters, user properties or custom dimensions. Product assessment pages are reported to Analytics using a generic product path rather than the exact assessment URL.
For users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Analytics storage consent defaults to denied in AurorIQ's tag configuration until compatible consent-mode signals are available. AurorIQ uses Google's advanced Consent Mode pattern: the Google tag can still load while storage consent is denied and may send consent-state or cookieless measurement pings to Google. AurorIQ genericizes assessment, report and Passport page locations before Analytics receives them and does not attach answers, scores, archetypes, Passport insights or other assessment-result fields to Analytics events. Outside those regions, optional Analytics may run by default unless you use the local opt-out below. Google may process technical measurement data according to its own terms and policies.
Privacy and cookie settings
Advertising from Monetag may use cookies or similar identifiers on public content pages. Push notifications are opt-in and can be switched off at any time in your browser's site settings. AurorIQ does not currently operate a certified consent-management platform (CMP).
You can also disable AurorIQ's optional GA4 analytics on this browser. This local control does not replace regional advertising-consent controls and does not affect hosting/security logs or data already processed by third parties.
Advertising
AurorIQ uses Monetag for advertising, including vignette banners, in-page ads and push notifications. Monetag code loads only on public content pages. Active assessments, personalized result/report states, My AurorIQ, trust/privacy pages and error pages do not load it.
AurorIQ does not use assessment answers, scores, archetypes, interests, chronotype, Passport history or experiment notes to choose ads. Monetag may still process technical information such as IP addresses, device/browser data, cookies, fraud-prevention signals and frequency capping according to its own policies and applicable law.

Sharing and exported files
Share cards, downloaded reports and exported Passport files are separate copies created at your request. Do not share them if they contain information you prefer to keep private. AurorIQ analytics deliberately strips query strings from the page locations it sends, but URLs you deliberately share with third parties can still be visible to browsers, hosting systems and recipients.
Children and age information
The IQ intake currently permits an optional age entry as low as 5. That technical range does not by itself determine whether AurorIQ is legally child-directed, but it means use by minors is possible and should receive separate child-privacy, age-treatment and product review. Assessment routes are ad-free, and AurorIQ does not send exact age or age-adjusted assessment result information to GA4 or advertising partners.
Third-party services
Google Analytics is a Google service and Monetag is a third-party ad network; their processing is governed by their own terms and policies. AurorIQ's implementation choices do not establish complete legal compliance for every jurisdiction. See Google's explanation of data use on partner sites at Google's partner-sites information.
