How sharp is your number sense?
The quantitative half of reasoning — spotting patterns in sequences, cracking word problems, and working with ratios, percentages, and data. Fifteen questions across three difficulty tiers, weighted so the harder ones count for more.
Each question offers four choices; pick the single best answer. The questions get harder as you go, and there's no going back once you choose. Take your time — this rewards careful working, not speed. A pen and paper are fair game.

Your numerical reasoning
Percentiles are approximations from a fifteen-item, difficulty-weighted test — a genuine snapshot, not a normed clinical score. Because numerical reasoning builds on math you were taught, your result reflects schooling and practice as well as reasoning, so it's less education-fair than abstract pattern tests.

Method
15 items, weighted
Five questions from each of three difficulty tiers, drawn from a larger bank and shuffled. Harder items count for more, and your weighted accuracy maps to an approximate percentile.

Percentile + breakdown
An approximate percentile plus your accuracy and how you did at each tier. Near-chance results are withheld rather than shown, because a guess-level score would mislead more than inform.

Honest limits
Numerical reasoning leans on math schooling, so it isn't culture- or education-fair like abstract logic. A short test is a snapshot, not a diagnosis, and can't be used for clinical or selection decisions.

What is numerical reasoning?
Numerical reasoning is the ability to work with numbers and quantitative relationships — spotting patterns in sequences, solving word problems, handling ratios and percentages, and drawing conclusions from data. It's one of the core reasoning abilities, alongside verbal and logical reasoning, and it's exactly what many employers assess in aptitude tests.
Is this test culture-fair like the logical test?
Less so, and we won't pretend otherwise. Because numerical reasoning draws on math you learned in school, your results reflect familiarity with arithmetic and percentages as well as raw reasoning. That makes it useful and job-relevant, but not education-fair the way abstract pattern logic is.
How is the score calculated?
You answer fifteen questions spread across three difficulty tiers, and harder items count for more. Your weighted accuracy is converted to an approximate percentile. If your accuracy is near chance for four-choice questions, the score is withheld as unreliable rather than shown.
Is my data saved anywhere?
No. The entire test runs in your browser. Your answers never leave your device and nothing is stored or sent to a server. Refreshing the page clears everything.
